RECIPE

2 oz Casa Breck Tequila Reposado
1 oz Yuzu juice
¾ oz date simple syrup*
½ oz lime juice 

Shake all ingredients with ice.  Strain and serve in a pepper berry salted rimmed glass over ice. 

Garnish: lime wheel/citrus lace

*Date simple syrup: over medium heat, add 2 cups water, 1 cup date syrup and ¼ cup sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, bottle and refrigerate.
